Each of the nine gods of Asgard has a temple located within their district where characters can attempt to get in contact with them in person. They will eventually have an IC inbox set up in their journal where your character can contact them at any time once the network feature has been installed. To get in contact with your friendly neighborhood deity in the interim, you can PM their account to plot something out with their NPC player. Whether or not our NPC team members choose to make themselves available for communication outside of the NPC journals is up to them, but always feel free to drop a PM there with any general questions or plot ideas!
